- 8 oz Handy Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
- 4 slices Whole grain bread
- 1 Avocado
- ½ tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Sweet Piquante peppers
- 1 Fresh jalapeno
- 4 Sprigs fresh cilantro
- Salt, pepper and Olive Oil to taste
