Jumbo Lump Crab Wedge Salad

Wedge salad is a summer favorite, pair it with crab and you have a summer masterpiece (or any time of the year). Get your veggies and your protein all in one salad.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. Crab Meat (90/130 Jumbo Lump)
  • 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
  • 8 oz. Thick Cut Bacon, Cooked and Drained, Rough Dice
  • 8 oz. Cherry Tomatoes, Red & Yellow, Rough Dice
  • 2 Avocados, Rough Dice
  • 8 oz. Cornbread / Biscuit Croutons
  • Dressing – Ranch / Blue Cheese (according to personal preference)
  1. Cut the head of lettuce into 4 slices that are about 2 to 3 inches thick
  2. Place the lettuce round on a chilled plate
  3. Drizzle the dressing on the lettuce
  4. Add an even layer of each ingredient – bacon, tomato, avocado
  5. Place crabmeat in the center of the lettuce wheel Place croutons on the side of the lettuce
  6. Serve immediately
