Ingredients
- 8 oz. Crab Meat (90/130 Jumbo Lump)
- 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
- 8 oz. Thick Cut Bacon, Cooked and Drained, Rough Dice
- 8 oz. Cherry Tomatoes, Red & Yellow, Rough Dice
- 2 Avocados, Rough Dice
- 8 oz. Cornbread / Biscuit Croutons
- Dressing – Ranch / Blue Cheese (according to personal preference)
- Cut the head of lettuce into 4 slices that are about 2 to 3 inches thick
- Place the lettuce round on a chilled plate
- Drizzle the dressing on the lettuce
- Add an even layer of each ingredient – bacon, tomato, avocado
- Place crabmeat in the center of the lettuce wheel Place croutons on the side of the lettuce
- Serve immediately
