Ingredients
Crab Dip
- 8 Oz. Handy Crab Meat (Special)
- 8 Oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 3 TBSP Mayonnaise
- ½ TSP Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
- Juice From Lemon
Hamburger
- 1 TSP Mustard (regular or Dijon)
- 1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Small Onion, Finely Grated
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1⁄2 TSP Salt
- 1⁄2 TSP Pepper
- 1 LB Medium Ground Beef
Additional
- 4 Hamburger Rolls
- Lettuce and Tomatoes, for Garnish
- Mix all crab dip ingredients except crab meat
- Gently fold in crab meat
- Coat baking dish with baking spray and bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
- Lightly oil grill & heat BBQ to medium.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients except ground beef.
- Crumble in beef & using your hands or a fork, gently mix together.
- Gently shape mixture into burgers about ¾ inch thick.
- Using your thumb, make a shallow depression in the center of each burger to prevent puffing up during cooking.
- Place burgers on the grill, close lid turning once, about 6 – 8 minutes per side.
- Internal temperature should read 160F.
- Place into bun with lettuce and tomato and top with warm crab dip.
