Crab Dip

  • 8 Oz. Handy Crab Meat (Special)
  • 8 Oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 3 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • ½ TSP Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • Juice From Lemon


  • 1 TSP Mustard (regular or Dijon)
  • 1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Small Onion, Finely Grated
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1⁄2 TSP Salt
  • 1⁄2 TSP Pepper
  • 1 LB Medium Ground Beef


  • 4 Hamburger Rolls
  • Lettuce and Tomatoes, for Garnish
  1. Mix all crab dip ingredients except crab meat
  2. Gently fold in crab meat
  3. Coat baking dish with baking spray and bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
  4. Lightly oil grill & heat BBQ to medium.
  5. In a bowl, mix all ingredients except ground beef.
  6. Crumble in beef & using your hands or a fork, gently mix together.
  7. Gently shape mixture into burgers about ¾ inch thick.
  8. Using your thumb, make a shallow depression in the center of each burger to prevent puffing up during cooking.
  9. Place burgers on the grill, close lid turning once, about 6 – 8 minutes per side.
  10. Internal temperature should read 160F.
  11. Place into bun with lettuce and tomato and top with warm crab dip.
