Crab Dip

  • 8 Oz. Handy Crab Meat (Special)
  • 8 Oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 3 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • ½ TSP Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • Juice From Lemon

Hamburger

  • 1 TSP Mustard (regular or Dijon)
  • 1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Small Onion, Finely Grated
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1⁄2 TSP Salt
  • 1⁄2 TSP Pepper
  • 1 LB Medium Ground Beef

Additional

  • 4 Hamburger Rolls
  • Lettuce and Tomatoes, for Garnish
  • Thaw and pick over crab meat for shells

  • Soften cream cheese and shred cheddar

  • Prepare burger patties and toast buns

  • Preheat skillet or grill

  • In a bowl, mix the crab meat, cream cheese, and cheddar until evenly combined.

  • Cook burger patties on a skillet or grill over medium heat until desired doneness.

  • In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with about ¼ of the crab-cheese mixture and cover to melt.

  • Toast the burger buns lightly.

  • Place each patty (with melted crab dip) on a bun and add optional toppings like lettuce, tomato, and onion.
