Ingredients
  • 1 Carton of Gluten-Free Keto Friendly Crab Cakes
  • 2 Portobello Mushrooms

1. Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems and gills. Set aside

2. Cook the crab cakes according to the instructions on the carton, set aside and keep warm.

3. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake until tender. 

4. Carefully remove the mushrooms from the oven and stuff them with the crab cakes. 

5. Place the stuffed mushrooms back in the preheated oven and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes.

6. Serve and enjoy!
