Crab Cake Stuffed Peppers

  •  (2) 3-ounce Handy Crab Cakes
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag mini sweet peppers
  1. Open the package of Handy Crab Cakes, and thaw as directed in the refrigerator or microwave. 
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, and thawed crab cakes.
  3. Wash, cut, and remove seeds from peppers.
  4. Place a dollop of the cream cheese mixture inside each pepper.
  5. Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  7. Coat pan with oil, place peppers on pan.
  8. Bake stuffed peppers for 10-15 mins or until cheese is melted and they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  9. Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
