Crab Cake Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- (2) 3-ounce Handy Crab Cakes
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag mini sweet peppers
- Open the package of Handy Crab Cakes, and thaw as directed in the refrigerator or microwave.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, and thawed crab cakes.
- Wash, cut, and remove seeds from peppers.
- Place a dollop of the cream cheese mixture inside each pepper.
- Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Coat pan with oil, place peppers on pan.
- Bake stuffed peppers for 10-15 mins or until cheese is melted and they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
