Crab Cake BLT
LEVEL: Easy 20 MINS 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 Handy crab cakes (3 oz. each)
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 hamburger buns or sandwich rolls
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- Optional: Mayonnaise
- Optional: Dill pickle slices or other condiments of your choice
Instructions:

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon slices and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease. Set aside.

Follow the cooking instructions on the packaging to cook Handy crab cakes until golden brown and heated through.

While the crab cakes are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns or sandwich rolls.

Once the crab cakes are done, assemble the BLT sandwiches. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.

Place a lettuce leaf on top of the mayonnaise, followed by a tomato slice.

Next, add a cooked crab cake on top of the tomato.

Take two slices of crispy bacon and place them on top of the crab cake.

If desired, add a few dill pickle slices or any other condiments you prefer.

Finally, place the top half of the bun on the sandwich, pressing gently to hold everything together.

Repeat the process for the remaining crab cakes and ingredients.
