Crab Cake and Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients
- (2) 3-ounce Handy Crab Cakes
- 5 Large eggs
- 1 Pie crust
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1/3 cup of milk
- Coat a pie dish with oil, carefully unravel and place the pie in the dish.
- Crimp the edges of the crust around the dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Chop the broccoli and heat in the microwave until tender. Remove excess liquid.
- Pour the egg mixture onto the pie crust.
- Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and all of the broccoli.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Thaw the crab cakes in a microwave for 45 seconds on high.
- Gently disperse the thawed crab cakes evenly over the pie mixture.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
- Top with Old Bay, and enjoy!
