- 2 Handy Tempura Battered Prime Soft Shell Crabs.
- 2 Sliced Bacon, cooked.
- 2 Slices of ham or pork roll, grilled.
- 1 Egg, fried sunny side up.
- 1 Slice Gouda cheese.
- Maple syrup to taste.
1. Prepare the Tempura Soft Shell Crabs according to the instructions on the packaging.
* For Convection ovens, reduce the cooking time by approximately 1/3*
2. Assemble the Double Down on a piece of parchment paper by placing one of the crabs first, belly side up.
3. Top the crab with the cheese, bacon, ham, and egg.
4. Place the second crab belly side down on top of the egg and drizzle with maple syrup.
