Soft Crab Tacos

Handy Panko Breaded Soft Crabs
Flour Tortillas
Shredded cabbage
Pico de gallo
Avocado slices
Lime wedges
Sour cream or crema (optional)
Cilantro (optional)
Prepare soft crabs per the instructions.
While the crabs are cooking, warm the tortillas over an open flame or in a dry skillet.
Place 1-2 soft shell crab portions on each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, avocado slices, and a squeeze of lime juice. Add sour cream or crema and cilantro, if desired.
Serve immediately.
