Old Bay Honey Crab Wings

Ingredients
- For the Honey Glaze:
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons sriracha (or your favorite hot sauce)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- For the Crab Wings:
- 4-6 Handy Seafood Panko Breaded Soft Shell Crab Portions
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Prepare the Honey Glaze: In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, OLD BAY® sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Heat the Oil: Heat enough vegetable oil to a temperature of 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the Crab Wings: Carefully fry the crab portions according to the carton, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- Glaze the Crab Wings: While the crab portions are still hot, toss them in the honey glaze until they are evenly coated.
- Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces
