Old Bay Honey Crab Wings

Ingredients

 

  • For the Honey Glaze:
    • 1/3 cup honey
    • 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
    • 2 tablespoons sriracha (or your favorite hot sauce)
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • For the Crab Wings:
    • 4-6 Handy Seafood Panko Breaded Soft Shell Crab Portions 
    • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Prepare the Honey Glaze: In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, OLD BAY® sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  • Heat the Oil: Heat enough vegetable oil to a temperature of 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry the Crab Wings: Carefully fry the crab portions according to the carton, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  • Glaze the Crab Wings: While the crab portions are still hot, toss them in the honey glaze until they are evenly coated.
  • Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces
