Lemon Pepper Crab Wing Sauce

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste for desired heat level)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon zest (from one lemon), for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

2. Stir in the lemon pepper seasoning, making sure it's well combined with the melted butter.

3. Add the honey to the butter mixture. Stir well to incorporate.

4. Mix in the hot sauce and squeeze fresh lemon juice into the sauce.


5. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.

6. Cook Handy Panko Breaded Soft Crab Portions according to instructions on the carton. 

7. In a separate bowl, add sauce as needed to coat the Panko Portions. Toss gently, ensuring that each portion is covered.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
