- Fresh or Frozen oysters in shells
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, thyme, and chives)
- Shuck or thaw the oysters and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, and chopped fresh herbs.
- Spoon the herb-breadcrumb mixture over each oyster.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes or until the oysters are cooked through.
- Serve with a lemon wedge for an extra burst of flavor.
