Ingredients
    • Fresh or Frozen oysters in shells
    • 2 tablespoons melted butter
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, thyme, and chives)
  1. Shuck or thaw the oysters and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, and chopped fresh herbs.
  3. Spoon the herb-breadcrumb mixture over each oyster.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes or until the oysters are cooked through.
  5. Serve with a lemon wedge for an extra burst of flavor.
