Bacon and Chive Baked Oysters

Ingredients

- Fresh or Frozen oysters in shells
- Cooked bacon bits
- Chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Shuck or thaw the oysters and place them on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle cooked bacon bits over each oyster.
- Drizzle melted butter over the bacon.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes or until the oysters are cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh chives before serving.
