Bacon and Chive Baked Oysters

Ingredients
    • Fresh or Frozen oysters in shells
    • Cooked bacon bits
    • Chopped fresh chives
    • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  1. Shuck or thaw the oysters and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle cooked bacon bits over each oyster.
  3. Drizzle melted butter over the bacon.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes or until the oysters are cooked through.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh chives before serving.
