Garlic Parmesan Crab Wing Sauce

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

2. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Stir in the remaining ingredients, simmer gently over low heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly. 

4. Cook Handy Panko Breaded Soft Crab Portions according to instructions on the carton. 

5. In a separate bowl, add sauce as needed to coat the Panko Portions. Toss gently, ensuring that each portion is covered.

6. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
