Garlic Parmesan Crab Wing Sauce
Rich and flavorful, this Garlic Parmesan Crab Wing Sauce features buttery garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley—perfect for coating crispy breaded crab wings for a savory, indulgent appetizer.

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Mince fresh garlic and chop parsley

Grate Parmesan cheese

Have breaded soft-shell crab portions ready and oil warmed for frying

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.

Add minced garlic, sauté for about 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in half of the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for a few minutes while stirring until smooth.

Fry the crab portions in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
