- 1 Carton Handy Hot Honey Shrimp
- 4 flour tortillas
- 8 oz Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
1. Prepare the Hot Honey Shrimp according to the cooking instructions on the carton. Set aside.
2. Assemble the quesadillas. Divide the shrimp evenly among two tortillas. Top each tortilla with 1 cup of shredded cheese.
3. Cook the quesadillas. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Gently place the two tortillas with shrimp and cheese in the skillet or on the griddle. Place the other tortillas on top while the cheese begins to melt.
4. Once the tortillas are golden brown, flip and cook until the other side is golden brown.
5. Cut and serve the quesadillas!
