Ingredients
  • 1 pkg Handy Salmon Power Bites
  • ½ cup Quinoa, cooked
  • ½ cup Garbanzo beans, cooked
  • 1 Avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Baby arugula or other greens
  • 8 oz Lemon flavored Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey (optional)

1. Cook the Salmon Power Bites following the instructions on the package.
  * For Convection ovens, reduce the cooking time by approximately 1/3 *

2. Divide the yogurt evenly between two bowls. 

3. Assemble the bowls by dividing evenly the quinoa, garbanzo beans, avocado, and Salmon Power Bites. 

4. Top each bowl with pomegranate seeds, drizzle honey (optional), and enjoy!
