Ingredients
  • 1 Carton of Handy Gluten-Free Keto Friendly Crab Cakes
  • Butter Lettuce
  • Sriracha Mayo
  • Carrot
  • Cucumber
  • Lemon wedge (for garnish)

1. Cook the Gluten-Free Keto Friendly Crab Cakes according to the instructions on the carton. Set aside. 

2. Wash and dry vegetables. Julienne carrots and cucumber.

3. Place one leaf of lettuce in each cup, and top with carrot and cucumber. 

4. Place crab cakes in bowl with vegetables, drizzle with sriracha mayo, and enjoy!
