- 2 Large Egg Yolks
- 4 TSP Lemon Juice
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
- 1/8 TSP Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and White Pepper
- In large bowl, combine egg yolks, lemon juice, garlic, 1/4 TSP salt, and sugar.
- Whisk constantly while drizzling oils into egg mixture until thick.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
