Vietnamese Noodle Salad with Shrimp Rolls

Ingredients

1 Box of Handy Shrimp Rolls

1 package of Rice vermicelli 

Cucumber

Shredded lettuce

Fresh mint leaves

Fresh cilantro

Pickled or fresh radish and carrots

Fish sauce

 

 

 

Shrimp Rolls

BAKE: Preheat oven. Spray or coat pan with oil. Place rolls on pan and place pan on the middle rack of oven.

  • Cooking from thawed is not recommended
  • FROM FROZEN: 425 °F for 10-15 minutes

AIR FRYER: Spray basket with oil and place the rolls in basket. Set fryer at 380 °F.

  • Cooking from thawed is not recommended
  • FROM FROZEN: 380 °F for 7 minutes

Noodle Salad

  • Cook the rice vermicelli according to package instructions. Rinse through running cold water after cooking to remove some starch.

  • In a large bowl, add the shredded lettuce.

  • Top with the noodles, fresh herbs, and pickled or fresh veggies.

  • Add in the Shrimp Rolls

  • Top with fish sauce and enjoy
