Korean Style Crunchy Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
  • 1 carton Handy Korean-Style Crunchy Shrimp (prepared according to package instructions)
  • 1 package tortillas (warmed)
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Sesame seeds
  • Kimchi, chopped (amount to your spice preference)
  • Ranch/lime crema (store-bought or see recipe below)
  • 1 bag shredded cabbage
  • Lime

 

For the Ranch Lime Crema (optional):

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

  1. Prepare the crema (optional): In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.

  2. Cook the Korean-Style Crunchy Shrimp according to the instructions on the package. 

  3. Assemble the tacos: Spread some shredded cabbage on each warmed tortilla. Top with the prepared Korean-style crunchy shrimp.

  4. Kimchi Slaw: Combine chopped green onions, cucumber, and kimchi in a bowl. Add a squeeze of lime juice and toss to combine. Add the kimchi slaw to the tacos.

  5. Drizzle with ranch lime crema and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
