We add just the right combination of spices to bring you a mouthwatering cake with a distinctive flavor that you have come to expect from Handy.

SAUTÉ: Cook in 2 tbsp. of oil on medium-high heat.  Turn the crab cakes over once during cooking.

  • FROM THAWED: 10 minutes
  • Cooking from frozen is not recommended

 

BAKE: Preheat oven. Spray or coat pan with oil. Place cakes on pan and place pan on the middle rack of oven. Turn the crab cakes over once during cooking.

  • from thawed: 400 °F for 20 minutes
  • from frozen: 350 °F for 25 - 30 minutes

 

BROIL: Preheat oven. Spray or coat pan with oil. Place crab cakes on pan and place pan on the middle rack of oven. Turn the crab cakes over once during cooking.

  • FROM THAWED: for 11 minutes
  • from frozen: for 15 minutes

 

DEEP FRY: Heat oil to 325 °F.

  • FROM THAWED: for 4-5 minutes
  • Cooking from frozen is not recommended

If thawing, thaw under refrigeration or in microwave for 45 seconds on high.

Caution: Pan and Product Will Be Hot.
