SUGGESTED COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

The Pub Style Crab Cakes contained in this package are ready to cook and should be cooked thoroughly to 165 °F. Depending on the number of portions prepared and temperature variances, heating times may need adjustment. Remove product from packaging. Avoid overcooking or undercooking, cook to a light golden brown.

SAUTÉ: Cook in 2 tbsp. of oil on medium-low heat.  Turn the crab cakes over once during cooking.

  • FROM THAWED: for 8-10 minutes
  • Cooking from frozen is not recommended

 

BAKE: Preheat oven. Spray or coat pan with oil. Place the crab cakes on pan and place pan on the middle rack of oven. Turn the crab cakes over once during cooking.

  • from thawed:  400 °F for 13-15 minutes
  • from frozen: 350 °F for 23-25 minutes

 

DEEP FRY: Heat oil to 350 °F.

  • FROM THAWED: for 3-4 minutes
  • Cooking from frozen is not recommended

If thawing, thaw under refrigeration or in microwave for 2 minutes on high.

Caution: Pan And Product Will Be Hot.

Spanish Cooking Instructions

Los Pub Style Crab Cakes contenidos en este paquete están listos para cocinarse y deben cocinarse hasta que estén totalmente calientes, a una temperatura interna de 165 °F antes de consumirlo. Dependiendo del número de porciones preparadas y variaciones de los equipos, los tiempos de cocción podrán necesitar ajustes. Remover el producto del empaque. Evite la cocción insuficiente o sobre cocinar el producto, cocinar hasta tener un color dorado claro.

 

SAUTÉ: Cocine los pasteles de cangrejo en 2 cucharadas de aceite a fuego medio-bajo. Voltee los pasteles una vez durante la cocción.
