Made with responsibly sourced vegan ingredients and has 10 grams of plant-based protein per serving. The Crabless Cake is entrée-sized with a crab cake like texture, and a savory Maryland-style flavor complemented with red and green peppers, and onions.

SUGGESTED COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

The Crabless Cakes contained in this package are precooked and should be heated thoroughly to 165 °F. Depending on the number of portions prepared and oven temperature variances, heating times may need adjustment. Remove product from packaging. Avoid overcooking or undercooking, cook to a light golden brown.

 

BAKE: Preheat oven. Spray or coat pan with oil. Place Crabless Cakes on pan and place pan on the middle rack of oven. Turn the Crabless Cakes over once during cooking.

• Cooking from thawed is not recommended

• FROM FROZEN: 375 °F for 10 minutes then turn the cakes over and cook for 8 more minutes

 

AIR FRYER: Spray basket with oil and place the Crabless Cakes in basket. Set fryer at 370 °F.

• Cooking from thawed is not recommended

• FROM FROZEN: 370 °F for 12 minutes, then turn the cakes over and cook for 5 more minutes

 

DEEP FRY: Heat oil to 350 °F.

• Cooking from thawed is not recommended

• FROM FROZEN: for 5 1⁄2 - 6 minutes
