Easy Oysters Rockefeller

Ingredients
- Fresh or Frozen oysters in shells
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix together melted butter, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon this mixture generously over each oyster.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the topping is lightly browned and the oysters are cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
