  • Oysters
  • 1 Cup Tomato Juice
  • 2 TBSP Vodka
  • 1 TSP Sriracha
  • 1 TSP Lemon Juice
  • 1 TSP Horseradish
  • 1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • To Taste - Sea Salt & Black Pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small plastic container
  2. Place into freezer for 20 mins – uncovered
  3. Using a fork, scrape mixture as ice crystals form, every 10 minutes, until a slushy(granita) consistency is reached
  4. Place 1-2 tsp of the frozen mixture on top of an opened half shell oyster – serve immediately
